Any application where timing could be effected by power failure, variations in the supply voltage or electrical interference.

Principle of Operation
The time delay is set by turning the knob to the required time delay period. After the time delay is selected the clockwork movement then takes the knob back to the zero position and activates the changeover contact assembly. The selected time delay can be altered in either direction while the time switch is in operation.
